When hair breaks easily, feels dull, or gets weighed down by oils, the issue is often an imbalanced scalp. The lightweight non-greasy blend improves scalp micro-circulation and leaves hair soft, shiny, and resilient without silicone, heaviness, or buildup.

No BHT. No synthetic stabilisers. Which means a short shelf-life and the actual bioactivity of 13 cold-pressed oils is working as intended.

This pre-wash hair oil uses sebum-mimicking macadamia oil and olive squalane to support the scalp barrier and improve moisture balance, while moringa, argan, and pumpkin seed oils strengthen the hair shaft and help reduce breakage and split ends. Vitamin E, carrot seed, and apricot kernel oils help protect against daily oxidative stress, supporting healthier-looking hair over time.

Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 6 reviews.

This hair oil works extremely well on my curly dry hair, especially in humid Singapore weather. Not only is it great for my scalp and hair health (which has been struggling due to PCOS), but it also acts as a great lightweight oil to refresh my day 2/3 curls when applied to the length. Love it and smells so good too!

MORINGA SCALP OIL

The scalp oil is absolutely amazing. I am not a regular hair oil user. I did when I was young but didn’t really like the sticky feeling of oil in my hair and what really surprised me about the Moringa oil is of course the lovely lovely smell, but more importantly the zero stickiness like yes, of course you feel the texture of the oil. I have curly frizzy hair having to wash my hair too many times is very difficult and with most oils I found that I have to shampoo my hair at least twice in the same wash every time I oil my hair but I really appreciate that I don’t need to wash my hair multiple times after using this oil. It’s lovely that it’s become a pre-wash ritual either the night before or even just an hour before and my hair feels soft and nourished. It's early to tell but I did see hair fall reducing after 2-3 weeks.

Moringa Scalp Oil

I have thick hair that gets frizzy in Singapore's hot humid weather. I bought this as a pre-wash hair oil and it works wonders. I use it 30 minutes before I wash my hair. After wash my hair is much more smoother and looks healthier with the frizz significantly reduced. Recommend if you're looking for something to smooth frizzy hair as a pre-wash oil :)

After using the scalp oil for a few weeks, I do notice the hair looks healthier and less oily with more volume. Scalp is also less irritated, which I tend to get as I have sensitive skin. Recommended! I will buy again.

How often should I use this scalp oil?
It can be use once or twice a week to nourish the scalp, deliver nutrients and seal the hydration.
If I have an oily scalp does that mean I shouldn't use a scalp oil?
An oily scalp doesn't mean you shouldn't use scalp oil. Often, an oily scalp is producing more oil to compensate. A lightweight scalp massage before shampooing can help soften buildup, support scalp barrier, and make cleansing more effective, without leaving your scalp greasy. A regular pre wash oiling can help regulate sebum production. If you have any ongoing scalp infection or advised by dermatologist against oils, it can be avoided.
Is your scalp really skin?
Your scalp is an extension of your facial skin. It has its own protective barrier, microbiome and thousands of hair follicles that depend on a healthy environment to function optimally. Daily exposure to sweat, pollution, humidity, styling products, UV rays and even long hours in air-conditioned spaces can disrupt the delicate balance. As a result, the scalp feels uncomfortable, leading to excess oil production, dryness, irritation and product build-up. Present-day lifestyle requires frequent washing, which can temporarily alter the natural lipids balance and impact the protective barrier.
Should I apply oil on wet or dry hair?
You can apply oil to dry hair or slightly damp scalp. Please avoid using oil to completely wet hair as the oil gets diluted and absorption is reduced.
What is a scalp-first routine?
Healthy hair starts with a healthy scalp, and restoring the balance begins at root. Scalp-first routine begins with gentle exfoliation to remove the accumulated dead cells while supporting the scalp's natural cell turnover. Once we have a cleaner surface without compromising with the protective barrier, the nourishing scalp massage becomes significantly important. Essential fatty acids replenish the scalp's lipid matrix, while naturally occurring antioxidants help defend against oxidative stress. Regular massage can also help stimulate superficial microcirculation, improving the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the follicles.
