Press list

What is the press list?
The Press List is a curated group that gets first access to TDP's products. We create small-batch, seasonal skincare aligned with nature’s timelines. Think of freshly roasted coffee beans, handcrafted sourdough, or a carefully blended vintage wine—each made intentionally in limited quantities. At The Daily Press, we follow the same philosophy.
Why does the press list exist?
We believe in skin-life, not shelf-life. Unlike other companies, we don't hold inventory for months or years. Everything we produce is meant to be used fresh. Because we're 100% naturally derived, we're limited in how much we can make. We believe in working with nature, not exploiting it. That's why we created the Press List—a curated group that gets first access to TDP.
Am I committed to it?
Not at all! Joining the press list means you have first access to TDP products but you're not obligated to purchase. You can also opt out at any time (though we hope you don’t!)
Will I be charged if I join?
Our intention is to provide you the freshest skincare, whenever you want it. We do not require any upfront payment and do not charge recurring subscription fees to join the Press List. You will only pay for the products you choose to order – nothing more.
How do I join?
Go to the waitlist and input your email. You will get a confirmation email from us. That’s it! Welcome to The Daily Press.
How will it work?
Sign up with your email. We'll send you an update when a fresh batch goes into production. If you choose to order, you'll receive it within a week of production.
What updates will I receive from the Press List?
You will only get emails from us when a new seasonal launch goes into production. We promise not to spam you with unnecessary emails and want you to look forward to our emails to gain an exclusive sneak-peek into what’s new at The Press.

Product information

Why does shelf-life matter?
Shelf-life indicates how long does a product stays safe and effective. In natural skincare, a shorter shelf life implies that the formula is free from harsh preservatives and packed with fresh, botanical actives that delivers real skin benefits.
What is meant by potency?
Potency is the measure of how well a product or ingredient can demonstrate a desired outcome. Higher potency in skincare indicates that the actives are fresh, stable and present in a form that can be directly used by skin.
What do you mean by fresh?
For us fresh means alive, honest and close to nature. Our products are specially crafted in small batches without harsh preservatives, fillers and synthetic stabilizers. Every drop delivers maximum potency, purity and care your skin needs - not something which is sitting on a shelf for years.
Why should I take skincare ingredients as seriously as food?
Skin is the largest organ of the body. It absorbs what you apply just like your digestive system absorbs what you eat. Synthetic and harsh chemicals disrupt your skin’s natural balance over time the same way that ultra-processed foods impact your overall health and well-being. At The Daily Press, we believe that choosing clean, nutrient-rich skincare that nourishes, strengthens and protects your skin from within is just as important as eating seasonal, organic, minimally processed and nutrient-rich foods to nourish your body from within.
How is TDP 100% natural?
Our brand is 100% natural because every ingredient we use is directly derived from nature - with no synthetic silicones, fillers, parabens, artificial stabilizers, alcohols, or petroleum products. We follow a strict formulation philosophy that avoids cross-polymers, petrochemicals and lab synthesized fragrance molecules. We carefully select natural skin-identical components which are skin-safe, use extremely gentle extraction techniques and rely on natural preservation systems. Every formulation is crafted in harmony with your skin and the environment for maximum effectiveness.
Why do I need a face oil?
Face oils provide essential lipids, antioxidants and vitamins that strengthen and repair the skin at a cellular level. It is a common myth that face oils aren’t meant for oily skin. Lightweight, non-comedogenic oils can actually balance sebum and boost hydration. TDP’s oils are also uniquely engineered to defend your skin against environmental and digital stressors like blue light and WiFi radiation exposure.
Why do I need a body oil if I already use a moisturiser?
A moisturizer is made up of 60-80% water, which provides temporary surface hydration with its lightweight emollients. On the other hand, a body oil goes much deeper by replenishing the skin’s lipid layer, restoring essential fatty acids that strengthen the skin barrier. When used post-shower on damp skin, body oils lock in moisture, improve elasticity and deliver antioxidants and nutrients that support long- term skin health.
What is hair oiling?
Hair oiling is a traditional and scientifically backed haircare practice where natural oils are massaged gently into the scalp and hair length to deeply nourish, strengthen and protect the hair. Application of oil to the scalp helps replenish lipids, reduce protein loss and improve hair cuticle integrity. The gentle massage during application stimulates blood circulation, enhancing nutrient delivery to the follicle and supporting healthier hair growth.
Are TDP products safe to use during pregnancy?
Yes, our products are formulated to be gentle, non-toxic and free from any ingredients that are advised not to use during pregnancy, such as retinoids, synthetic fragrances, parabens, phthalates, or harsh preservatives. However, every pregnancy is unique and we always recommend that expecting or breastfeeding mothers once consult their healthcare providers before introducing new skincare products – even 100% naturally derived ones – into their routine. We also advise you to run a patch test prior to use.
What is the shelf life of The Daily Press products?
Our products have an 8 month shelf life and are delivered within 30 days of manufacturing. We intentionally formulate in small batches and avoid unnecessary over-stabilisation, because we believe skincare performs best when fresh and active on skin.
What’s the best way to store The Daily Press products?
Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat exposure. Our formulations are housed in glass packaging to help preserve ingredient integrity and freshness over time.
